Tap the ball with your foot. Jump while switching feet. Repeat.


Details:

With the ball on the ground, tap the ball with the bottom of your toe, jump and switch feet. Do the repeatedly for a certain number of taps or for a certain amount of time.
WBW is brought to you in association with Junior Athletics of the Midwest. Work with a partner, alone, or both for each day's workout. Choose one or two days per week to rest, and please use your newly developed skills wisely and cautiously.
